Ana Maria Serrano is an Administrative Manager at JTFM. She is responsible for all the administrative related matters of the business.

Prior to joining JTFM she was Administrative Manager at Capital Group where she managed the sales and marketing support teams and supervised the implementation of all administrative processes. With over 25 years of UK and international experience in administration roles, Ana has dedicated her career to facilitating organisational improvement with a drive to upgrade and improve critical processes and working practices across companies.

Barty is a business analyst at JTFM. He works closely with Sarah to support ongoing monitoring with a specific focus on quarterly reporting.

Barty holds a Bachelor’s in Philosophy.

Harvey is an analyst at JTFM. He works with all members of the team, supporting them with ongoing monitoring and consolidated reporting.

Harvey holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Finance and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

Prior to joining JTFM Jane was a solicitor and a partner and head of department in two large regional law firms. She is now non practicing.

Prior to joining JTFM, Mark worked in investment management for over 20 years. He was a Managing Director with UBS having been head of global emerging market equity strategy and subsequently co head of global equity market strategy. He then worked as a senior manager and head of equity research at the quantitative fund manager, Winton Capital. Mark has a PhD in economics and has also worked for HM Diplomatic Service and the IMF.

Olivia is a director at JTFM and works with clients on all aspects of the service that JTFM can provide. She sits on the investment committees of a number of family offices and charities. She is particularly experienced at navigating situations where there are multiple stakeholders with differing interests and views.

Prior to joining JTFM, Olivia started her career at Lloyds Bank and went on to hold senior investment management positions at Schroders and Lord North Street Private Investment Office where she was Managing Director. She co-ordinated the successful sale of that business to the multi-family office, Sandaire where she took a role as Director.

Prior to founding JTFM Richard was a director at a number of investment management firms including Schroders, GAM and Rothschild Wealth Management. He has worked in the City for over 30 years.

Richard is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, a Chartered Wealth Manager and has completed the Investment Management Programme at The London Business School. He holds a degree in Business Studies.

Sam is an analyst at JTFM. He provides support to client projects with a focus on ongoing monitoring and consolidated reporting.

Sam holds a Master’s in Economics and Finance and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

Sarah Wild is an associate director at JTFM. She works with clients on all aspects of the service we provide with a particular focus on ongoing monitoring and consolidated reporting.

Prior to joining JTFM, Sarah worked within both the investment consulting and asset management sectors.  She has a BSc in Natural Sciences from Durham University, is a part-qualified actuary and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
